Softened the butter and mix with the sweetener. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth, add cocoa powder. Whip in the double cream and blend. Spoon into 2 serving dishes and top with chopped Atkins bars. Refrigerate for 1 hr before serving.
Great as a snack or breakfast, make extra as they keep for a few days or you can freeze for later!
